"Three angels- Gabriel, the warrior; Ivy, the healer; and Bethany, the youngest and most human- are sent by Heaven to bring good to a world falling under the influence of darkness. They must work hard to conceal their luminous glow, superhuman powers, and, most dangerous of all, their wings, all the while avoiding all human attachments.
Then Bethany meets Xavier Woods, and neither of them is able to resist the attraction between them. Gabriel and Ivy do everything in their power to intervene, but the bond between Xavier and Bethany seems too strong.
The angel’s mission is urgent, and dark forces are threatening. Will love ruin Bethany or save her?" Source
I've seen different reviews for this book and I wanted to try this out to see my take on it. I love angels and fallen angels books, so I want to give this book a chance.
It seems interesting because it's a girl angel instead of a guy. I've only read the Fallen series by Lauren Kate and the Hush, Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick, so I have read nothing but good stuff about angels and fallen angels.
Yes, the cover does draw me in a lot. But, I will give this book a clear mind when I start to read it. I've seen the one stars and five stars and all the stars in between on Goodreads, so I have not read any of them even though I usually do.
So, hopefully, I can get my hands on it soon!
Peace and Fangs,
Alisha
