Top 5 Fathers In Literature

Since it is Father's Day and we are celebrating our own fathers, grandfathers, stepdads, etc., we should celebrate those dads in literature! These fathers are great in their own ways, whether they make you laugh, inspire you, have great mustasches, or are just bad mother-shut your mouth! (The order is in no particular order.)

Charlie Swan (Twilight Saga) - Bella's Dad
With an amazing mustache, Charlie is always there for his daughter and supports her, even when he's scared to death.

Atticus (To Kill A Mockingbird) - Jem and Scout's Dad
A true father and respectable man that shows his children what true equality and love consists of.

Abe Mazur (Vampire Academy series) - Rose's Dad
Has his fair share of scams and wrong-doings, but is there for his daughter in her time of need and shows her unconditional love.

Carlisle Cullen (Twilight Saga) - Edward, Jasper, Alice, Emmett, and Rosalie's Dad
He may just be an adoptive father for appearances sake, but Carlisle shows his "children" love and the right ways to live.

Arthur Weasley (Harry Potter series) - Ron, Ginny, Fred, George, and Percy's Dad
He works hard and still comes home for dinner along with helping his son's best friend escape death.

Happy Father's Day!
