“How many books are currently in your To-Be-Read (TBR) Pile?”
My answer: I'm going off of my Goodreads since I put every TBR book in there since I always forget titles. At this point, I have about 70 books I am planning on reading. If that's shocking to you, it's shocking to me too! I am a huge book reader, but if you told me two years ago I would be having that big of a list, I'd laugh! But, now it seems like a small list and I have even more books that I'm waiting for and books that sometimes pop up.

Genre Wars! What's your favorite genre and which book in that genre made it your favorite?
My Answer: I love romance, whether it is in YA, Adult, or Paranormal form. I'm a hopeless romantic and can't read a book with no romance in it. I have many favorites of this genre and could list almost every book I've read with romance in it and say it is a favorite. But, I have to go with my favorite book, Starcrossed by Mark Schreiber. It's so intense and emotional and realistic, I can read it over and over and still cry and smile at the same scenes. Plus, Ben and Christy's relationship is so deep and complicated, it's a new twist on the age-old romance.

I think I have roughly that much as well. I always have at least 20 to 30 in the begining of the year cause I ask my family for gift certificates to the bookstores for Christmas.

ReplyDeleteI love romance in everything I read as well. It just adds something to the story that I can't quite describe.
ReplyDeleteI have way too many books on my TBR list and TBR pile. All told that comes to about sixty books.
ReplyDeleteNow here's the scary math: I read roughly one book per week - and sometimes two. But two to three books are being added to my TBR list every week.
